1 day after ordering new batteries from JMJ Parts, I received a call from them to ensure my order was correct and to ensure I was available on the estimated delivery dates. The guy I spoke with was incredibly helpful with all my questions. 5/5 recommend!

This group of people is hands down the best customer service I’ve ran across in all my years of ordering products for personal or business use. I contacted them in a manner that was unnecessary thinking that the mistake was made on their end, however I soon found out that was not the case and they helped me through it tremendously and went above and beyond.
